Our Replacement policy is valid in below conditions:

• Incase Wrong Product Delivered.
• Incase product delivered to you has some issue or defect.

Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:

1. The item has been modified, altered, repaired or serviced by any other company .
2. The item has been physically abused.
3. The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
4. Exchange will not be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing.
5. Items may only be exchanged in the same condition as the original purchase.
6. No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water or improper handling.
7. Exchanges must be in like new condition with original parts/packaging.

One Again in all cases customer must be happy and whatever is possible for it will try to ensure in of 3-4 working days or earliest possible time.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. In addition, the client will pay all the additional shipping charges in case of exchange.

All details regarding the defect of the item should be notified within 24 hours via Email info@estockmart.com.pk to the company.

Furthermore, all the package items along with the original packing should be returned in order to successfully claim a refund or an exchange.
